After a recent stay at a hotel near a metro station, we were pleasantly surprised by its great location, making it easy to get to major landmarks and attractions. the nearby Wangfujing area offered a plethora of restaurants and shops to explore. Although the room could have been cleaner, the staff provided excellent service and breakfast was top-notch. the hotel facilities exceeded expectations with a comfortable sofa and air conditioning that kept us cool.
The only negative aspect was the communication with the staff due to language barriers.

1) One very nice and service-minded woman at the Buisness centre. 2) Good location near Forbidden city in centre of Beijing and close enough (400 m) to Metro. 3) Clean room
1) No fire-roap in the room. If established fire in your corridor you have to jump... 2) Staff helpful if you ask, but may not say hello when you pass. 3) To the relatively high price breakfast should be included.

The location of Urcove By Hyatt Beijing Forbidden City is superb, just next to Tiananmen Square and a shopping mall. The room was comfortable and clean, with free wifi. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, larger than typical western rooms. Despite the firm mattress, we still managed to get a good night's rest. The hotel also offers a range of amenities such as complimentary water, toiletries, and storage for our bags. The hotel's proximity to popular attractions like the Forbidden City and Wangfujing street was a huge plus, making it easy for us to explore the city. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable rooms.

Close by major touristic attractions in Beijing.
Deposit is charged while on Booked.net it is specified that it will not be charged. Ask for a room with a good view otherwise you will end up in a very dark room with hardly any natural daylight.

Location fantastic, close to subway and Tiananmen Square. Roof top bar with amazing views. Easy check-in, staff spoke some English. Free upgrade to a clean room with a quaint sitting area. Comfy bed and big bath tub. Convenient for exploring Beijing on your own with nearby shopping and dining areas.
Cannot find any fault.

The location of this hotel was amazing, within walking distance to major tourist destinations and shopping centers. It was a perfect base for our city trip, making it easy to explore the city. The convenience of having tea and coffee provided in the room was much appreciated.
The hotel looked quite worn and tired, and the air-conditioning was not effective which made the room uncomfortably warm. The room had a stale cigarette smell and the furniture was old and worn.

Perfect location, 10 min walk to Tiananmen square and the Forbidden city. Subway stations in 7 min walk.
Room window facing the wall. So, absolutely no view, even can't check the weather outside.

My recent stay at Urcove by Hyatt was wonderful. I stayed for 3 nights during my visit to the Forbidden City and Wangfujing Street. The front office officer was incredibly helpful, and the restaurant staff provided informative recommendations. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the top tourist sites like Tiananmen Square and the National Museum. The beds were surprisingly soft compared to other hotels I've stayed at, and the water didn't have any unpleasant smells. For the price, it was definitely a good deal. The artwork in the halls added a nice touch to the overall ambiance.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
